At PitchsideS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made the return and refund process as simple as possible. Please read our policy below for details.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns (unless faulty—please check product details).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at help@pitchsides.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
